Task 2.2: Emission formation simulation
The task comprises development of basic models for fuel spray, fuel properties combustion and emission chemistry and the subsequent integration of the sub-models into more complete CFD tools. Experimental verification and tuning of the various models will be performed based on existing and new test results from prototype engines.
