The Coordinating Partner (ULEME E.E.I.G.) will undertake the central Management role in the project. The ULEME E.E.I.G. is a legal body formed by the two principal participants in the I.P. namely MAN-Diesel SE and Wartsila Corporation specifically to take the place of Coordinating Partner No.1 in the HERCULES project.
